Kirkby William Return & Refund Policy

Every Kirkby William piece is hand-finished, quality tested and carefully inspected before it leaves our facility. If something is not right, email us and we will sort it.

14-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have fourteen days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the piece is unused and in its original packaging. This is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

How it works:

  1. Email our support team at wk@gorvay.com with your order number and a photo of the piece
  2. Once approved, we will send the return address and instructions
  3. After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund in full

Refund Timing

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund once processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot refund pieces that do not reach us.

Condition of Returns

Leather marks with use, so we can only accept returns of unused pieces in their original packaging, including the dust bag. This ensures every piece we ship is flawless.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the piece and packaging. We will send a replacement or arrange a suitable resolution.

Lifetime Repairs

Beyond returns, we repair any Kirkby William piece for functional damage for as long as you own it. The customer covers return shipping, and typical turnaround is 8 to 12 weeks. Only natural damages that occur overtime from the product can be approved for our lifetime warranty, not damages caused by the customer.

Shipping

All orders ship with insured, tracked delivery. Taxes and duties are included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

  • In-stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of purchase
  • Pre-orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of stock arriving from production, with tracking emailed the moment your piece leaves our facility

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is processed over an SSL-encrypted connection.
