This website is operated by Kirkby William. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kirkby William. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. 4. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; leather is a natural material and slight variations in grain, texture and colour are characteristics of the product, not defects. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
Our pieces are crafted from crocodile-pattern embossed leather. They are not made from crocodile skin.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases reserve a piece from an upcoming production run. Estimated shipping timeframes shown at the time of purchase are estimates only and may change due to production or freight delays. We will notify you by email of any significant delay. Pre-orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of stock arriving at our facility, with tracking provided. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.
6. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
7. Shipping, Taxes and Duties
All orders ship with insured, tracked delivery. Taxes and duties are included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Delivery timeframes are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has left our facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on this website, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
9. Lifetime Repairs
We offer repairs on functional damage for as long as you own your Kirkby William piece, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. The warranty covers natural wear and functional issues that develop over time with normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care. The customer covers return shipping for repairs, and typical turnaround is 8 to 12 weeks. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
10. Discount Codes and Promotions
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale pricing may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Kirkby William name, logo, product designs, images and copy, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools, including payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
